For Managers

Managers have the following typical interactions with portfolios:
​Onboarding: Manager is approved, added to whitelist to create portfolios
​Creating a portfolio: Manager creates ManagedPortfolio using ManagedPortfolioFactory. 
​Setting lender restrictions (permissioned portfolios): Managers can manage permissioned portfolios and set restrictions on who can lend to the portfolio.
​Disbursing a loan: Manager issues a BulletLoans token to the ManagedPortfolio (portfolio sends funds to the Borrower). 
Additionally, managers can take the following actions:
Manager can change loan parameters (with a Borrower's approval if necessary -- see BulletLoans documentation). 
Manager can set loan status to Defaulted if Borrower does not return funds on time and set loan status to Resolved once the debt is settled (see BulletLoans documentation). 
Manager can change various ManagedPortfolio properties.
